SOLD OUT | Kids Cooking Camp

Calling all kids! You’re invited to join Health Coach, Cassy, in the Roots kitchen on Thursday, July 31 from 3 -5 PM to learn the basics like chopping, cooking on the stove, preparing food, and proper sanitation in the kitchen. This is a great way for kids to learn the importance of safety in the kitchen, how to plan well-balanced meals and snacks, and the basics of nutrition guidelines and reading nutrition labels.

We’ll make scrambled eggs, mini tortilla pizzas, and a high protein veggie dip in addition to learning kitchen skills and safety.

This class is perfect for kids aged 8-12.
